If you choose Essential only, we do not set analytics cookies or record browsing behaviour. You can still browse, sign in, and checkout normally.

What we store about you

• Account: email, name, phone (optional), and marketing preference when you create an account or checkout.
• Orders: what you bought, payment status, and collection details — kept for fulfilment and tax records.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies — product views and basket actions; deleted when you delete your account.
• Loyalty: Gilded Coin balance and voucher codes linked to your account.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask what personal data we hold, request correction, or delete your account. Signed-in customers can use Delete my account on the account page. You can also email storeinfo@aardcore.co.uk.

When you delete your account we remove your login, profile, loyalty wallet, and browsing history. Order line items may be kept in anonymised form (contact details replaced) where we have a legal need — for example tax or completed sales records. We cannot delete your account while a paid order is still awaiting collection, because we need your contact details to fulfil that order.
