If you choose Accept analytics on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and we record browsing on this shop: pages viewed, products looked at, and basket actions. When you are signed in, we may also link first-party activity to your account so we can understand returning customers. Google processes data under their own privacy policy; we do not sell your personal data.

If you choose Essential only, we do not set analytics cookies or record browsing behaviour. You can still browse, sign in, and checkout normally.

What we store about you

• Account: email, name, phone (optional), and marketing preference when you create an account or checkout.
• Orders: what you bought, payment status, and collection details — kept for fulfilment and tax records.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies — product views and basket actions; deleted when you delete your account.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask what personal data we hold, request correction, or delete your account. Signed-in customers can use Delete my account on the account page. You can also email storeinfo@aardcore.co.uk.

When you delete your account we remove your login, profile, and browsing history. Order line items may be kept in anonymised form (contact details replaced) where we have a legal need — for example tax or completed sales records. We cannot delete your account while a paid order is still awaiting collection, because we need your contact details to fulfil that order.
