Sell your cards

Sell Your Cards

Fast, fair transparent. Bring your cards to The Hobby Wizards.

How it works

  1. Submit photos (max 5) and your asking price below. Front and back images required for every card.
  2. We'll check your cards against current market prices and respond within 2 working days.
  3. If we approve your submission we'll email you — just bring the same cards to the stall in person.
  4. We pay on collection. We do not accept posted cards under any circumstances.
  5. Outside of Vintage or 'exceptional' cards we usually only accept illustration and above.

How our pricing works

Tell us what you want for each card. We'll check current market prices and either approve at your price (or close to it) or decline — no haggling back and forth.

We aim to make around 30-40% when we sell a card. If you think your card is worth £10 on the market today, asking around £7 is realistic depending on condition and card demand. If the card is hot maybe you can squeeze more % from us, if it's not you might want to tickle our fancy with a lower price.

If you REALLY want to move your dupes, go lower... Just saying.

Please check current market prices before submitting. We use live market data and can't approve above what the maths allows.

Note. While you may think that BIG dollar cards are a fat profit for us, that is only if we sell them quickly. We do not eBay, TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram or attend Card Shows. We buy and sell in Stoke on Trent which limits our audience. Do not expect some 20-30% offer to be accepted, we would rather take on a dozen smaller cards.

Standard EX, Reverse Holo, Holo that are outside of 'very' Vintage will 99% not be considered. We just don't want to waste your time.

Usually no Japanese cards are accepted and absolutely no Chinese or Korean.
